WHAT DO I NEED?
All you need is a bit of space, enough room to lie down and ideally a pair of medium dumbbells. No weights? No issue. 50% of our classes are bodyweight only. Otherwise you can get creative and use items from around your house. A backpack with books is always a good shout.

From strength & conditioning, HIIT, guided running and boxing to vinyasa yoga, restorative and dynamic mobility. With 20 new classes added each week, there will always be something new waiting for you online.

Each day we focus on a different muscle group for maximum effect & recovery. Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core & Abs. Fancy a challenge? Checkout Guts & Glory, our signature Sweat IT "finisher" class!
Increase the burn with our full body "no kit" high intensity classes. These classes are designed to burn fat, boost metabolism and increase overall fitness. Don't like jumping? No worries, we also have low-impact HIIT classes dropping every week.
Weights down, earpods in and hit the road. Guided running with world class trainers. Take your pick from our 30 minute dedicated run class PACE, or get the best of both worlds with our 45 minute 50/50 class (50% strength, 50% running)
Foundations is our back to basics strength & conditioning class. With more focus on form and technique, to ensure you are lifting safely and confidently.
